4th key is the Ultimate (Lv 10)
Lv 15 opens the Off-hand slot — equip one (Bag), then hold Shift: the row swaps to your off-hand abilities (Lv 15 / 20 / 25)
Lv 30 — advance to a job: a new name, a permanent boon, and a Job Ultimate on Shift+R
